| 摘 要： | 就智能设计系统的再设计问题进行了详细的分析与研究，在综合领域成就的基础上，探讨了再设计面临的主要困难．针对重型机床模块化设计的特殊性及机床结构约束的松散性，提出了一种基于实例的再设计策略辅以相关性制导等策略的混合控制策略；并详细描述了基于实例的再设计策略的基本思想、实现方法、关键技术与求解机制．该策略已成功地、柔性地应用于重型机床模块化设计全过程．

| Abstract: | he redesign,as one of the key technioques in the intelligent design system(IDS), is studied. Based on the achievements in the redesign field, the main difficulties encountered are discussed.Together with the project of the Heavy Duty Machin Toool Modular Design and Manufacturing and with due consideration of the specific features of the machine tool modular design and the underconstrained nature on the machine tool stucture, a hybrid redesign strategy with case-based redesign put forward. The basic idea, realization method, key techniques and solving principle are described.The strategy proposed has been successfully and flexibly applied to each stage of modular design of heavy duty machinge tools made in Wuhan Heavy Duty Machinge Tools Works. |
