| 摘 要： | 在低碳城市交通建设中,引入以公共交通为导向的发展模式(TOD),将大幅度降低城市交通碳排放强度,有效提升城市交通效率,从而促进低碳城市的建设.在此基础上,提出了促进我国低碳城市交通建设的若干政策建议.

| Abstract: | In low-carbon urban transport construction,the introduction of the public transit oriented development mode will greatly reduce the carbon emissions intensity,and promote the urban transportation efficiency effectively,so as to promote the construction of low carbon city.In this paper,several policy recommendations are proposed in order to promote the construction of low-carbon urban transport in our country. |
