| 摘 要： | 当前愈来愈广泛地采用Levan氏关于染色体核型测量与标准化的分类方法。但在实际应用中还存在着混乱。作者力求澄清一些概念,建议统一方法,统一标准,以便于资料比较与进一步研究。本文简要地论述了生物演化与染色体的大小、形态结构与数量变化的相依关系。

| Abstract: | Although the classification of Levan's measurement and standardication about
chromosome karyotype has been more and more used at present,Yet there is still
confusion in practice.The author tries to clarify some concept and suggest to unify
the method and standard so as to compare the imformation and its further study.
In this article,the author also discribes the dependent relationship between the
evolution of living things and the different size,structure and number of chromo-
sems. |
