四倍体湘鲫F3-F4、三倍体湘云鲫、湘云鲤 及有关二倍体的DNA含量

The DNA content of red blood cells of the tetraploid F₃-F₄ hybrids of red crucian carp (♀)× common carp (♂) and their triploid offspring,diploid common carp (Cyprinus carpio),red crucian carp (Carassium auratus red var.),Japanese crucian carp (Carassium auratus cuvieri) and F₂ hybrid was measured by the instrument of the flow cytometer.The DNA content of muscle cells of F₃ hybrid was also measured by the same instrument.The results showed that the DNA content of F₃-F₄ hybrids was about two times of that of the diploid common carp(P＞0.05).The DNA content of the triploid fish produced by mating F₃-F₄ hybrid (♂) respectively with Japanes crucian carp (♀) and Xin-guo red common carp (♀) was about 1.5 times larger than that of the diploid common carp (P＞0.05).F₂ hybrid,Japanese crucian carp,red crucian carp and common carp had the approximate value of the DNA content (P＞0.05).The above results provided further evidence that F₃-F₄ hybrids were tetraploids and F₂ hybrid was diploid.Those data also confirmed that the fish produced by mating F₃-F₄ hybrids respectively with the Japanese crucian carp and Xin-guo red carp were triploids.
