摘    要:为了提高热连轧板带的板形质量,必须有高精度的板形设定控制系统·通过对国内某厂2050mm热连轧机板形设定系统的分析,并对主要数学模型和控制原理进行了阐述,采用C++计算机语言对该系统进行了离线模拟·将模拟结果与实际测量结果相比较,验证了其设定值的正确性·通过模拟能够更加清晰地了解热连轧带钢的板形控制原理和方法,为提高带钢板形设定精度及进一步开发热连轧机的PFC系统奠定了基础

Abstract:PFC(profile and flat control) is a core technology in hot strip rolling. In order to improve the quality of the hot continuous rolled strip, precise set up control system must be applied. PFC set up system of a certain domestic 2?050 mill was analysed to set up the main mathematic models and the control principle was discussed. The off line simulation of the system was carried out by adopting the C++ language. By comparing simulation results with measured data, the accuracy of the set up value was verified. Theorem and method of PFC for hot continuous rolled strip were more clearly established though simulation. The research has set a sound base for improving the setting accuracy and for further development of the system.
