| 摘 要： | 随着电子期刊的著作权纠纷逐渐增多,现有的著作权法已经滞后于技术的发展。本文从我国的典型判例入手,通过分析期刊电子数据库信息的著作权归属,进而探讨期刊电子数据库信息建设过程中获取著作权的诸多困难与现实选择,最后由此提出解决期刊电子数据库著作权问题的法律设想。

| Abstract: | As indicated by the steady increase of disputes on electronic database-related copyrights,the existing copyright laws are less developed comparing to electronic technologies.In the current communication,several typical cases are analyzed for the purpose of discussing the difficulties and choices that database builders may encounter in obtaining copyright ownerships.Suggestion on the legislation is provided. |
