测向天线展开机构设计

摘    要:针对测向天线采用五阵元体制、定位精度高体积大,不便于运输、机动性不灵活等特点,结合工程实践,介绍了一种通过测向天线的展开、收藏机构,提高了测向天线的灵活性、机动性。文章对整个机构的结构形式、功能进行了阐述,通过固定桁架、多连杆机构、驱动装置、滑块机构、控制系统等组成测向天线的展开、收藏机构。介绍了该新型展开收藏机构的展开原理,分析了该机构的奇异性,建立了其运动学方程组,获得了天线阵子主要参数运动变化规律。

Abstract:There are 5 array elements with high accuracy and large bulk in direction finding Antenna,so it is hard to transport.A kind of direction finding deploying and stowing framework is introduced in this paper,improved the agility and mobility.The whole framework is buildup of fixed mechanism,Multi-link Mechanism,drive device,Slider-crank Mechanism,control system.Then,the singularity of the mechanism is analyzed and its kinematics equations are established.Matlab is used to simulate the deploying process of the new mechanism to obtain the variation laws of the main pillar's motion parameters.
