| 摘 要： | 阐明一氧化氮 (NO)对肠炎症的防护效应 ,主要内容为 :1 )急性肠炎症时内源性NO的变化 ,2 )炎症过程中NO所起的作用 ,3 )NO合成酶 (NOS)抑制或破坏对急性肠炎症的影响 ,4)NO抗肠炎症的细胞机制。这些内容将为设计胃肠道抗炎药物开辟新的思路。

| Abstract: | The paper provides a brief overview of the protective effects of nitric oxide (NO) as an intercellular gas messenger molecule in intestinal inflammation. The major contents are as follows, 1)The change of endogenous NO concentrations in acute intestinal inflammatory states, 2)The actions of NO during intestinal inflammatory states, 3)The effects of inhibition or ablation of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in acute intestinal inflammation, and 4)The cellular mechanisms of the anti intestinal inflammatory effects of NO. These contents will open up the novel thinking for designing gastrointestinal anti inflammatory medicines. |
