| Abstract: | The modern mass organinations of education once played a very important role in development of modern vocational education of China. It is modern mass organizations that advocated vocational education and set an example for the vocational education. They reformed the general education and did vocational guidance for young students. All of that promoted immediately the development of modern vocational education. It is not completely true to contribute simply that development to modern political and economic factors. |
