Satisfactory employment for college graduates enhances the happiness of the family and the development and stability of colleges and the country.But there still exist unharmonious factors in this field such as limited job demand,structural imbalance in job demand and supply,weak laws and rules in job markets for graduates,serious difference between expectations of employers and graduate employees,and poor graduate career counsels.We should strive to build harmony in job searching for college graduates through correct market orientation,adequate employment legislation and marking guidance and effective matching of professional cultivation and market demand.
