| 摘 要： | 吴越国自钱起即确立了尊崇中原、对抗淮南的对外战略 ,它在发展与海外诸国的政治关系上是服从于这一战略大局的。但它与这些国家的关系在政治的定位上有所不同 ,它对契丹称臣 ,对高丽、百济等国则以宗主国的身份行使册封之权 ,在日本面前也以臣属自居 ,这反映了在外交上的务实政策

| Abstract: | The king of Wu\|Yue State, Qian Liu, established diplomatic strategy of venerating the dynasties of the Central Plains and confronting Wu State and Southern Tang. As for overseas nations, Wu\|Yue adopted practical concrete foreign policies towards concrete countries, submitting itself to the rule of Khita and Japan in name and granting titles to the kings of the Three States of the Korea Peninsula. |
