用HEHEHP液膜法提取铀

摘    要:采用乳状液膜体系对铀进行提取,该体系包括表面的性剂(双丁二烯亚胺),载体(2-乙基已基膦酸单2-乙基已基酯(HEHEHP)),溶剂(民用煤油和液石蜡)以及内相(1.44mol·L-1的硫酸溶液)。研究了乳状液膜的稳定性,温度,铀浓度,硫酸根浓度,外不汀pH值及乳水比等因素对提取铀的影响。实验表明,在适宜的条件下,铀的提取率可达100%。液膜提取铀的方法是一种高效,快速及经济的方法。

Abstract:An emulsified liquid membrane system has been used for extraction of uranium. The system includes a surfactant (a succimide derivative), a carrier (HEHEHP), a solvent (kerosene and liquid paraffin oil),and the internal phase(1.44 mol. L-1 H2SO4 solution). The stability of the emulsified liquid membrane and the factors affecting the extraction efficiency of uranium such as temperature, uranium concentration, sulfuric group concentration, pH value of outer water phase and the ratios of emulsion to water have been studied. Experimental results show that the efficiency of uranium extraction may arrive 100% under an appropriate condition. Liquid membrane method is an efficient, fast and economical method for extraction of uranium.
