粗铜氧化精炼的热力学分析

摘    要:对粗铜氧化精炼过程中发生的五个基本化学反应的自由焓进行了详细计算,并对自由焓-温度图进行了热力学分析.得出了杂质氧化的顺序及可除去的程度,从而得出了粗铜经氧化精炼后产出的阳极铜的合理成分.结合工厂实例,求得该厂粗铜中各种杂质在火法精炼中可除去的程度.

Abstract:The extent of purifying and removing impurities in oxidation refining is obtained after a detailed data calculation being made to the five basic chemical reactions incurred in the process and thermodynamic analysis being made based on the free enthalpy-temperature diagram.A reasonable composition of anode copper generated after it being processed under oxidation refining is obtained.By taking actual practice into consideration, the extent of removing various impurities in the crude copper during the fire refining process in factory production can be calculated out.
