有约束数控铣削恒力控制

摘    要:研究数控铣削过程的有约束广义预测控制方法,首先综合考虑伺服系统动特性和加工过程中刀具变形等因素,建立数控铣削过程开环模型,共次进行无约束广义预测控制律设计,最后针对数控铣削过程的特点,构造了两种约束条件,计算机仿真和实验结果表明,无约束算法相比,闭环系统的性有可得到显著改善。

Abstract:This paper studies the constrained generalized predictive control on the end milling process.The CNC milling process is formulated as a second order model in which the tool flexibility and servo dynamics are considered.The generalized predictive control algorithm is performed.Two kinds of constraints are developed.The computer simulation and experiment show that the performance of the closed loop system is improved remarkably compared with the algorithm having no constraints.
