| 摘 要： | 针对轴承生产制造过程中噪音超标现象的多重工序环节因素影响的现旬，基于人工智能－专家系统的原理提出建立起相应的知识库，数据库与推理程序等几大模块，并通过这几大模块间的相互调用再利用计算机运行高效的优势，分析推理出导致产生轴承噪音超标且具有最大可信因子的所在工序环节，从而显示出相应的诊断信息指导人们采取一定的改进措施，对具有最大可信因子的制造工序环节加以重点控制进而达到提高产品质量的目的。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the phenomena of over noise of bearings,an expert system,utilizing computer to analyze the important elements is presented based on an inference mechanism.Through strengthening control of key points of bearing production,the qualty of bearing products will be raised. |
