| 摘 要： | 小麦不育系83A、41A小孢子母细胞的减数分裂和单核花粉期基本正常.小孢子能通过两次有丝分裂形成三核花粉粒.但在有丝分裂中观察到落后染色体、微核和大小不等的精核.小孢子败育主要发生在三核花粉期及其以后.败育类型属于圆败.其败育原因可能与遗传物的丢失、分配不均和细胞器的分化不良有关.恢复系2721、143和 F_1的花粉大而圆,细胞质充实饱满,花粉活力强,结实率高,故2721和143是较好的恢复系.

| Abstract: | Microspore's mother cell's meiosis of 83A,41A male sterility lines in wheat,and their mononucleus pollen are normal.The microspore can form trinuclei pollen grain in two mitoses.And the lagging chromosome,micronucleus,and two male nuclei of inequal size are observed in the mitosis.The mi- crospore abortion mainly take place at the trinuclei pollen phase and thereafter.The abortive type is of round abortion and the abortive factor is related to the lost of genetic material,inequal distribution of genetic mate- rial,and the cell organ's differentiation is not well.The pollen grain of restoring lines 2721,143 and the F_1 are big and round,their cytoplasm is rich and the pollen activation is strong.And the fruit rate is high.There- fore the 2721 and the 143 are of better restoring lines. |
