急性脑缺血实验动物模型制作

脑血管病是中老年人的常见病、多发病,现今已位居人类死亡率最高的三大疾病之首.制作较为可靠的脑缺血实验动物模型对该疾病临床防治的研究有着极其重要的意义.本文总结了山西大同大学脑研究所制作实验动物脑缺血模型的经验,以和同行们交流,同时为基础性研究提供更稳定的模型制作方法.

Production of Acute Cerebral Ischemia Experimental Animal Model

Nowadays cerebrovascular disease is a common and frequently-occurring illness in the aged people, which has occupied the first place in the three accepted diseases with high mortality in human. Thus making reliable animal models of cerebral ischemia will be of vital significant for the further study of clinical disease prevention. In this text we have summarized experiences on the animal model building methods of cerebral ischemia in our laboratory, so as to exchange with others, meanwhile to provide more stable model building methods for the foundation study.
