| Abstract: | This paper probes into the problem of the legal rules and regulations for perfecting company's administrative structure, expounds the stipulations in the current on company's administrative structure and the problem of the legal rules and regulations on company's administration, and points out that company's administration is a problem of the private law, and the forced intervention of the government hasn't very big effect. |
