藤三七的现代研究进展

摘    要: 藤三七作为一种绿色保健蔬菜在中国南方地区多有种植,本文介绍了藤三七的营养成分、化学成分、药理作用、安全性研究和栽培技术以及食疗方法等,指出藤三七具有较高的食用和药用价值,如何合理开发利用,阐明功效是当前藤三七研究的重要任务.

Abstract:As a green health care vegetable, Boussingaultia gracilis is planted in the southern region of China. The nutritional components, pharmacological effects, safety research, cultivation technique, and dietotherapy method of Boussingaultia gracilis are introduced. The related research indicates that Boussingaultia gracilis has the higher food and medical value. And how to reasonable exploitation and clarify its efficacy becomes an important research task.
