| 摘 要： | 诗歌翻译的最大障碍在于意象的传达。意象，作为诗歌美感因素的承载者，其理解和再造都需要审美想象的参与。译者想象的不同类型决定了原作意象的再造方式和程度。本文试就审美想象这一审美心理机制的运作对汉诗英译中意象再造的影响作一些分析和探讨，着重研究意象再造过程中审美想象运作方式与意象再造类型之间的对应关系。

| Abstract: | The reproduction of images is the obstacle in Chinese ancient poem translation into English. Image , as the carrier of aesthetic factors in poems, requires the translators＇ imagination in understanding and representation. The different types of imagination determines the different modes and extents of the reproduction of the original images in translation. In the article, the image as the aesthetic mechanism is analyzed in the aspects of its influence on image reproduction in poem translation and the correspondent relationship between aesthetic operation mode and the types of imagination reproduction is also emphasized. |
