| 摘 要： | 织物磨损是指织物与另一物体由于反复摩擦而避渐损坏的过程.本文借助扫描电镜对涤纶纤维磨损断裂端进行观察,结合纤维微细结构的分析,讨论涤纶纤维的磨损机理;并根据实际穿着与仪器测试的结果对比和纤维断裂形态比较,提出Martindale仪与Accelerotor仪对涤纶纤维织物的耐磨试验尚可适应.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the broken ends of polyester fibers after abrasion are observeal using SEM, the microstructure of the fibers is analysed and the mechanisms of abrasion of polyester fibers are also discussed. And it is suggested that Martindale Tester and Accelerotor for abrasion-resistance test of fabrics of polyester fibers can still be accepted according to the contrast between the result of actual wear and that of apparatus testing and the comparison of patterns of fiber breakage by separation. |
