| 摘 要： | 技能主导类同场对抗性篮球的项群训练,其内容与方法是构成训练过程的重要条件,训练计划是实施训练内容与方法的重要保证;而训练过程是提高运动员的竞技能力和运动成绩的必经阶段.因此,确定运动训练项群的内容、方法与计划,对运动训练和比赛以及运动员的运动寿命均具有应用价值.

| Abstract: | When coaching in event-group for basketball athlete of skill dominated model, the content and methods are important condition for training process and the plan of sport coaching is its' implementation guarantee; moreover, training process is absolutely necessary to improve the competitive ability and sports performance. Therefore, ascertaining the content, methods and plan for sport coaching in event-group will bring application value to the training and competition of sports. |
