双二茂铁基酰胺化合物的合成与表征

摘    要:以L-缬氨酸和二茂铁为原料,经过6步反应合成了双二茂铁基酰胺化合物8.一方面,以L-缬氨酸为原料,利用NaBH4将其还原为L-缬氨醇;另一方面,以二茂铁为原料,首先合成中间体二茂铁甲酸4,然后将4转化为二茂铁甲酰氯,后者直接与L-缬氨醇在Et3N存在下进行反应得到化合物6.将6转换为氯代产物7,化合物7不经分离直接与对甲苯磺酰胺的钠盐进行反应合成目标产物8,利用IR、NMR等结构表征,表明经该法成功合成了目标产物.

Abstract:Diferrocenyl acidamide 8 was synthesized through six steps starting from L-valine and ferro- cene. First L-valinol was obtained by reduction of L-valine using NaBH4 as reducing agent. On the other hand, ferrocenyl acid 3 was synthesized and then transferred into acyl chloride. The later was directly reacted with L-valinol to afford compound 6 in the condition of Ets N. Compound 8 was finally obtained by transformation of compound 6 into the chloride 7 which needs not be separated coud dcrectly reacted with p-CH3PhSO2NHNa. IR and NMR spectra were used to confirm the structure.
