摘    要:报道了新显色剂CAPPH的合成及其光度测定草珊瑚中微量Cu2+的研究.试验结果表明草珊瑚中铜含量茎部较高,根部次之,叶片最低.测定结果与原子吸收法相近.方法不仅简单,且有高的准确度与精密度

Synthesis of New Chromogenic Reagent CAPPH and Its Studies on Determining Trace Cu 2+ in Sarcandra Glabra (Thunb) Nakai
Abstract:We have synthesised the new chromogenic reagent 10 (2 carboxylphenylazo) 9 phenanthrahydroquinone,namely CAPPH,and studied the method in determining trace Cu 2+ of sarcandra Glabra (Thunb) Nakai by spectrophofometry.The results express that there is the most Cu 2+ content in stem,then in root,and the lest in leaf.Compared with atomic absorption spectrometry,the method not only is simple,and but also is accuracy.
