5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基)吡唑衍生物的合成及其光物理性能

摘    要:为探索芳基吡唑衍生物的合成及其光物理性能,以2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺为原料,经重氮化、环化缩合制得了3种5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基)吡唑(NH2APC)衍生物,对这些化合物进行了FT-IR、NMR、MS和元素分析等表征,并测试了化合物的紫外、荧光光谱,探讨了其光物理性能.结果表明:通过改进NH2APC的合成方法,降低了合成各步反应成本且收率高,目标化合物光物理性能良好.

Abstract:In order to exploring the synthesis and photophysical properties of aryl pyrazole derivatives,three series of derivatives of 5-Amino-1-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonitrile were synthesized,using 2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenylamine as the starting materials,the structures of these derivatives have been fully characterized by FT-IR,NMR,MS and element analysis.The electronic absorption and fluorescent properties of these compounds showed good photophysical properties.Their ...
