微粉超微粉生产线控制技术研究

摘    要:提出一种基于工控机与可编程控制器(PLC)的微粉超微粉生产线自动控制系统.根据微粉超微粉生产的工艺和特点,分别建立了微粉超微粉生产线的生产流程、控制方案,设计了控制系统的总体结构与配置、PLC的输入输出通道,完成系统通信设计以及控制软件开发.控制系统采用工控机作为上位机,用于监控和设定系统参数,PLC作为下位机实施数据采集和输出控制,采用上位链接模式实现二者的通信.系统具有手动/自动切换、生产线自动延时顺序启动和停机、状态监测和故障报警等功能.

Abstract:An automatic control system based on industry computer and Programmable Logic Controller (i.e.PLC) for production lines of micro-powder and ultra-micro-powder is discussed.According to the producing processes and characters of micro-powder and ultra-micro-powder,producing flows of the lines and the system control scheme are put forward;the comprehensive structure and configurations of the control system, the input and output ways of PLC,and the system communication are designed; and the control software is developed.The control system consists of industry computer,which is used as the upper level of the system,and PLC which is used as lower level.The communication between the industry computer and PLC is implemented by host link system.Industry computer is used for monitoring and parameter setting,while PLCs are adopted for data collecting and processing.The system has the function of manual/automatic control conversion,production line automatically starting up and stopping in regular sequence,condition monitoring, fault detecting,and so on.
