碳化物/Ni基合金复合涂层激光熔覆工艺优化

摘    要:用粉末预置法研究了激光熔覆Ni基合金涂层以及30%(vol)TiC、WC和SiC颗粒分别增强Ni基合金复合涂层的工艺优化方法.熔覆工艺效果可根据涂层稀释率和表观质量来评价,考虑熔覆工艺的宽容性和涂层凝固组织的细化程度,每类涂层都存在一个最佳功率密度范围.

Abstract:Optimization of process variables for laser cladding or Ni based alloy coating and30%(vol) TiCp, WCP and SiCp, respectively reinforcing Ni based alloy composite coatingswas performed using replaced powder method. The effect of laser cladding process can be assessed based on the dilution and clad appearance of the coatings. There exists an optimalpower density range for each kind of coating associated with the balance of the forgiving ofthe cladding process and the refinement of the final microstructure of the clad.
