An Analysis of the Thought of Amending Company Law from the Evolution of Chinese Companies

From the evolution of companies, it easily follows that companies are the product of the development of market economy, and that company law is the product of the development of companies and gets revised and perfected with the development of market economy and companies. In the new situation of the WTO regulations and of the globalization of economy, the amendment of company law should embody the themes of competition and development, lay equal stress on the maximum interest of stockholders and social responsibility, and attach importance to the combination of referring to international experiences and domesticating them.
