摘    要:为了有效地将CAE集成到塑料注射成型计算机辅助设计系统中,建立了基于表面模型的智能化CAE模拟系统,通过引入表面模型取代传统的“中性层”模型,使CAE与CAD的集成成为可能,并突破了原有CAE软件的建瓶颈。将人工智能和专家系统技术充分应用到CAE分析中,指导用户设计初始方案,评价分析结果并在此基础上进行优化设计,提高了CAE的应用价值和使用效率。通过实例分析验证了智能化,集成化的CAE分析软件的有效性和先进性。

Abstract:In order to integrate CAE of injection molding into molds design systems effectively, a knowledge based injection molding CAE module based on surfaces models is established. By using the surfaces model to replace conventional mid plane model, the integration of CAE and CAD becomes possible, and the bottleneck of the application of traditional CAE software is broken . By taking full advantages of artificial intelligence and expert system technologies in the CAE system, the initialization, evaluation and optimization for mold and process design can be accomplished with the guidance of CAE, which improves the worthiness of CAE and its efficiency greatly. An example is employed for verification of the validity and advancement of the proposed methods.
