聚类优化后的多品种货物配载的容重比平衡法

首先采用聚类优化方式,将体积大、重量小的货物和体积小但重量大的货物聚合在一起,一方面符合实际配载过程中抛货和重货的结合原则,另一方面为下一步的容重比平衡法做出了基础.其次,采用改进后的动态容重比平衡法,将聚类优化后的货物配载装车.最后,运用Matlab进行编程,通过实例计算证明了上述模型和算法的有效性,而且求解的结果也显示出通过聚类优化的容重比平衡法配载结果更加符合实际配载运用.

The Cubadge_Weight Balance Algorithm for the Loading of Multi-category Good after The optimized clustering

In this paper , first of all ,clustering optimization method is adopted.The large volume,but small weight goods are got together with small volume but large weight goods. On the one hand, it is accord with the principle that combining the high density cargos with the low density cargos in the actual stowage.On the other hand, it is make a foundation to the Cubadge_Weight Balance Algorithm in the next step. Secondly, the improved Cubadge_Weight Balance Algorithm is used, the goods are loaded in the trucks after clustering optimization. At last,The Matlab is used to program, through example calculation to prove the validity of the model and algorithm, and the results also show that the bulk density than the balance method of configuring are optimized by the clustering results more in line with the actual loading.
