论地方高校的师德建设——基于校园文化的视角

在当前我国高等教育领域,师德建设的现状和问题已经置于全新的社会经济和文化背景下,市场经济以及社会多元化的发展给师德建设提出新的问题与挑战。而经历了合并、升格等结构调整的地方高校在师德建设领域更是面临着严峻的挑战。加强职业道德与人文精神相统一的师德建设是我国高等教育理论探索与实践发展的重要问题。校园文化在师德培育中的应用可以从以下两方面考虑:第一,以地方高校校园文化为主题与内容进行宣传教育;第二,以校园文化为主题,开展一系列实践与文化活动。

On Teacher Morality Construction of Regional Colleges——From the Perspective of Campus Culture

In the current situation of higher education in China,the situation and problems of the construction of teacher morality have been placed in the new socio-economic and cultural context,that is to say,the diversified development of market economy and social development poses new morality issues and challenges to the construction of teacher morality,particularly,the regional colleges that have experienced merger and upgrading adjustments face even more severe challenges.It is important to strengthen the combination of professional ethics and human morality in the field of the theoretical exploration and practice of higher education.Campus culture can be applied in ethics training from the following two aspects: first,to take regional campus culture as the theme and content of public education;second,to carry out a series of practical and cultural activities with the theme of the campus culture.
