硝酸盐热解法制备Bi(Pb)SrCaCuO超导体

摘    要:介绍了用混合硝酸盐直接热解法制备Bi系超导体的研究结果。并且通过对样品进行超导性能测量,得到所制样品的超导转变温度为98k,零电阻温度为78K。通过扫描电镜和X光衍射实验分析,看到样品呈多相结构。主相85K相含比例较大,样品为正交结构。

Abstract:In this paper, the preparation of the Bi system superconductor by the decomposing nitrates. solution method is described. The samples possessing superconducting transition with onset above 98 and the zeroresistance state at 78 K were successfully obtained. The resuits measured by SEM and X-ray diffraction show that the samples have various phases.
