| 摘 要： | 军队在贯彻落实科学发展观以人为本的过程中，必然会遇到诸多的思想认识问题和实践问题。只有正确理解军队坚持以人为本的科学含义和基本要求，澄清一些模糊认识，克服一些错误倾向，才能端正思想认识和行动方向，确保以人为本的建军治军理念得到贯彻落实。

| Abstract: | It is inevitable to run into some problems while implementing the concept of scientific development and people-oriented idea.This paper points out that it is necessary to correctly understand the scientific meaning and basic requirements of adhering to people-oriented idea,to clear up some vague thoughts about it,and to guard against the wrong tendencies.Only in this way can people-oriented idea be implemented. |
