摘    要:在教学过程中通过开展行动研究,教师不断反思、改进教学方法,既能有效地组织好值日报告活动,帮助学生扩大知识面和词汇量,并提高他们的听说能力,同时还能促进自身的专业发展。

Abstract:Action research,applied to English teaching,makes the teacher reflect and improve his teaching methods,which helps the teacher organize the activity of duty report effectively to broaden the students’ knowledge,enlarge their vocabulary and improve their listening and speaking abilities,and improve the teacher’s own professional development.
