| 摘 要： | 外来语是外来语言被固有语言文化改造后的结果。英语中的外来语占其语言总词的汇半数以上。从吸收外来语的途径与影响外来语吸收的因素等角度出发，论述英语中的外来语的地位等问题。

| Abstract: | Borrowed words which account for more than half of the total vocabulary of English language are the result of the restructuring of foreign languages and cultures by native ones. This paper studies the channels through which foreign words enter English language and factors affecting the assimilation of foreign words. |
