| 摘 要： | 在酸洗钢件或电镀件的过程中，会产生大量的废酸液及含酸废水，对此，采用酰洗槽液和冲洗废水全部闭路循环，同时回收FeSO4的处理工艺，找出了使废酸液自然结晶回收FeSO4的最佳条件，以及含酸废水中和、曝气处理的最佳工艺条件，并从理论上进行了初步的论述。

| Abstract: | In the process of shape steel acid washing and steel plating,it will produce great deal of waste acid liquid and washing waste water.So the process of recycling FeSO 4 and closed circulating all waste water adopted the best condition of crystallizing FeSO 4 and the process conditions of neutralizing and aerating for the acid washing waste water are found out,which is further discussed theoretically. |
