Interpretation of Traditional Efficiency-Administration Paradigm

Traditional Efficiency - Administration model is the current social product when some countries came into the period of industrialization and urbanization from the latest 19th century to the earliest 20th century. It＇ s the response to management crisis for government, and cater for demand of current social development. But with the advent of this paradigm, it suffers from much criticism and reproach, and causes self-identity crisis. Treating the diversity of administrative efficiency from a rational standpoint, building an equal conversation platform between executives and citizens are feasibility measures.
