| 摘 要： | 贯彻“以人为本”应体现行业特色。对高校学报办刊而言，贯彻以人为本原则的中心是处理好以“人”为核心的多方位多层次的社会关系，在实践中坚持“以作者为本”、“以读者为本”、“以编辑为本”，其主旨在于做好服务，树立科学发展观，推动刊物全面、协调、持续、健康地发展。

| Abstract: | Carrying out the ＂Human-Oriented＂ should emphasize features of industry. If Running a Universitie and College Journal, the Central idea of Carrying out the＂Human-Oriented＂ is to improve service and establish the scientific development view and promote harmonious sustainable development of the Journal, and to manage multi-position and multi-layer social relationship taking human as its core, and Insists on author-oriented, reader-oriented and editor-oriented in practice. |
