| 摘 要： | 在中国的现代化进程中,几亿人口从农村向城镇转移是必然的趋势和艰巨的任务。在很大意义上可以说,中国的现代化实质上是农村的现代化,而提高城镇化水平,使之与工业化协调发展,对于中国现代化具有至关重要的意义。走进新世纪,迎接西部大开发,怎样以此为契机加快凉山州农村城市化建设的步伐就显得更为重要了。

| Abstract: | In the course of China's modernization,it is an inexorable trend and a hard task that hundreds of millions of country dwellers move into towns and cities.China's modernization,to a great extent,is in fact the modernization of its countrysides.It is essential to China's modernization to improve towns and harmo- nize them with industrialization.Facing the new century and the development of West China,it is impor- tant to speed up the urbanization of the countrysides in Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture. |
