基于SG3525的电涡流缓速器控制系统设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于脉宽调制(PWM)的电子式控制器的简便设计方法。该控制器主要是基于SG3525,LM2917与TLP250设计。利用SG3525的PWM控制功能,通过调节驱动脉宽的占空比实现缓速器涡流强度控制,同时结合LM2917的频压转换功能,实现在低速下控制器具有限制制动功能。整个控制系统具有随制动档位增大,对应的制动强度增强的功能,且能提供电涡流缓速最大1195W的制动功率。同时具有5km/h的低速限制功能。并对该系统进行了实验,最后给出了实验数据。

Abstract:This paper,based on pulse-width modulation(PWM),presents an easy method of designing the electronic controller,which is mainly designed on the basis of SG3525,LM2917 and TLP250.Using the SG3525 PWM controlling function,it controls the swirl retarder's strength by adjusting the duty cycle of the driven pulse width and achieves limit braking function at low speed by the LM2917 voltage frequency conversion function.The control system has the feature that the intensity of braking increases corresponding to the function of the brake gear.It can provide the maximum eddy current retarder braking power 1195W,with 5km/h low-speed limit.The system is experimented and experimental datum are given at last.
