| Abstract: | With the entrance into the 21st century, the urbanization and the economic and social development are urgently need of extra space in Luoyang. The function, standard and the development of Luoyang city also demand a new evaluation. This paper, observing from the strategic aspect of the development of Luoyang, probes into the designing and developing Luoyang new zoon, reforming the old city, the structure of industry, protection of famous cultural historic city and the future development of city. |
