摘    要:新的基础教育课程改革要求教师以“与时俱进”的眼光重新审视自己的教学理念,调整或改变自身的教学行为。从知识的传授转向关注人的发展;从讲课艺术的探索转向学生自主探索和协作能力的培养;从统一规范的教学模式转向地方化、自由化的教学选择;从单一片面的成绩评价转向合理的发展性评价。

Abstract:The reforms of new basic educational curriculum demand teachers to examine their own teaching ideas from the views of development, adjust or change their own teaching behaviors. The concrete transformations are the following: from imparting knowledge to students to concerning human being's development, from exploring teaching arts to training student ' s self - abilities and cooperation skills, from unified standard teaching model to local and free teaching choices, from unitary one - sided achievements' evaluation to reasonable developing one.
