试论不正当竞争中对消费者利益的保护

《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》将保护消费者利益作为立法宗旨之一的同时实质上并未将消费者利益保护具体化。经营者之间的不正当竞争行为会给消费者利益带来隐性损害，《反不正当竞争法》有必要加强对消费者利益的保护，其对策是完善《反不正当竞争法》的相关规定、加强工商行政管理部门和有关行业协会等中介组织的作用。
