小麦农艺性状遗传模型,选择适宜世代和分离极限估计

本文以小麦双列杂交试验资料进行统算分析。结果表明,单株粒重、株高、穗长、主穗粒数、单穗粒重、千粒重等六个性状基因作用方式属于加性——显性模型,不存在显著的上位性效应,小穗数以加性遗传为主,单株穗数的遗传只有部分上位性效应。本文并对供试亲本各性状的显隐性基因分布进行了讨论。该群体单株粒重最大潜力为20.576g/株,主穗粒数为63.07粒,单穗粒重为2.00g/穗。首次提了小麦各农艺性状适宜选择世代。

INHFRITANEE MODLE OF MHFAT QUANTITATIVE CHARACTERS SELECTING SUITABLE GENERATION AND ESTIMATING SEPARATF LIMITE

In this experiment, a diallel across of wheat was made and the six characters inclouding kernels weight/plant, plant hight,spike length, kernels number/main spike, kernels weight/spike and 1000 kernels weight were meesured. The results indicated that the gene interaction of these characters conformed to the modle of additive-dominance. There was no remarkable epistatic effect. The heredity of spikelets number was mainly additive and spike number/plant showed partial esta epistattc effect. It was also discussed in the article about the distribution of dominant and resessive genes controling all six characters of the parent plants used in the experiment. As to the population, the maximum potentiality of the kernels weight per plant was 20.576gram/plant, the kernel number/main spike was 63.07 kernels and the kernel weight/spike was 2.00gram/spike.
