| 摘 要： | 大学思想政治教育无形环境在本质上是一种人际交往与人际心理氛围以及共同的价值观念、行为规范等。这种人与人之间的关系实际上是一种文化现象。思想政治教育无形环境作为一种文化现象，表现出无形环境的文化特征，这就是大学思想政治教育无形环境的文化本质特征、文化形式特征和文化功能特征。

| Abstract: | The invisible environment about ideological and political education in university is in essence a kind of interpersonal communication and interpersonal psychological atmosphere, as well as common values, code of conduct, etc. In fact, this kind of interpersonal relation is a cultural phenomenon. As a cultural phenomenon, the invisible environment about ideological and pohtical education shows the cultural characteristics of invisible environment. And these are cuhural essential characteristic, cultural formal characteristic and cultural functional characteristic of invisible environment about ideological and political education in university. |
