| 摘 要： | 以人为本是社会法最为基本的价值理念。从价值指向上看,以人为本要求社会法必须体现对人的终极关怀,推动人的自由全面发展;从实践取向上看,以人为本要求社会法必须对人的现实进行关切,以民生为基点强化权利保障和救济;从评价标准上看,以人为本要求社会法必须尊重和保护人权,并以此来评价社会法本身。准确把握以人为本在社会法中的这三重价值维度,有助于我们推动社会法理论与实践的健康发展。

| Abstract: | the people-oriented concept is the most essentially valuable concept of the social law. The ultimate concern of the people is the valuable point of the social law; the present concern of the people is the practical point of the social law; and respecting and protecting human rights is the evaluation criterion of the social law. That we master the triple value dimensionalities of the people- oriented social law can help us to improve the theory and the practice of the social law. |
