超细氧化铜粉体的合成

摘    要:采用沸腾回流沉淀转化法制备出了超细均匀的氧化铜粉体.研究了初始pH值、反应物浓度、模板剂及加热方式等对超细粉粒径大小的影响.获得了制备纳米级氧化铜颗粒的最佳反应条件.利用XRD和TEM对产物进行了分析和表征.

Abstract:Experiments showed that ultrafine unifrom copper oxide powder were prepared by boiling reflux mothed. The effect of initial pH,reactant concentrations,additive and heating ways on the size of particles were studied. The condition of prepared nanometer sized CuO was found. The morphology and size of precipitant were analyzed and characterized by XRD and TEM.
