3%过氧化氢溶液作为氧气湿化液在临床应用中的效应

氧疗法是临床治疗和抢救危重患者的主要措施之一传统的氧疗法是将氧气通过放有蒸馏水的湿化瓶湿化给予患者吸氧.患者多感有鼻黏膜干燥、灼痛、呼吸道不适等症状.为此,针对氧气湿化瓶内细菌的繁殖与环境的湿度及微生物链间的关系,我们采用3%过氧化氢溶液为氧气湿化液.结果表明:3%过氧化氢溶液作为氧气湿化液,从细菌学角度及患者接受程度上讲,都优于蒸馏水或其他溶液的氧气湿化液,其临床效果是显著的.

Effect of 3 Percent Hydrogen Peroxide Solution As Oxygen Humidification Fluid in Clinical Application

Oxygen treatment is one of main measures of clinical treatment and saving patients. Traditional oxygen treatment is that oxygen is taken by patients through humidification fluid with distilled water. Most of patients have aridity of nasal mucosa, burning pain, discomfortable symptom of respiratory channel. In order to differ it from environment temperature and microorganism chain, we regard 3% hydrogen peroxide solution as oxygen humidification fluid. The results indicated that 3% hydrogen peroxide solution as oxygen humidification fluid from microorganism standpoint is better than distilled water and other oxygen humidification fluids.
