The Empirical Analysis of the Relationship Between Physical Education Graduates Employment Pressure and Social Adaptation

At present,the physical education graduates are under increasing employment pressure in China.This paper analyzes the internal logic relationship of physical education graduates employment pressure and their ability of social adaptation through establishing measurement model,indicating that their deficiency of social adaptation is an important factor resulting in the employment pressure,and giving some suggestions to promote the ability of social adaptation of graduates at individual,social societal and the governmental level,thus relieving the pressure of employment.
