| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的灵魂是科学。科学发展观的第一要义是发展,但发展要依靠科学,离开科学讲发展,＂发展＂的结果会给人民带来灾难。科学发展观的核心是以人为本,对＂以人为本＂必须作科学理解。科学发展观的基本要求是全面协调可持续,要做到全面协调可持续,必须讲科学,科学发展的根本方法是统筹兼顾,要做到＂统筹兼顾＂必须坚持运用唯物辩证法的科学方法论。科学发展观是中国特色社会主义理论科学体系重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | The soul of scientific development concept is science.The first and foremost element of scientific development concept is development,but the development should depend on science.The result of ＂development will bring people disaster if we talk about development away from science.The core of the scientific development concept is taking people as the foremost and we should have a scientific understanding to ＂taking people as the foremost＂.The basic requirement of scientific development concept is to coordinate sustainable development in all round way.If we want to meet this need,we must pay attention to science.The fundamental method of scientific development is to play jointly so as to take consideration every aspect of a matter.If we want to do this,we must insist on using scientific methodology of materialism.Scientific development concept is an important part of socialist theory system with Chinese characteristics. |
